The use of state-of-the-art calculation tools

An essential part of all development tasks is based on basic calculations of general mechanical engineering. The connection of calculation and construction means increasingly complex challenges for our engineers. Before the construction, high performance calculation tools are used. We use the calculation tool KISSSOFT which is widespread in the industry.

Implementation of the calculation results

The results obtained from the calculation generate a 3D CAD model over a special CAD interface. In this way, components can be directly and very quickly realised with the aid of state-of-the-art production processes like

• Laser melting
• Direct Digital Manufacturing
